1. CONTRACT
Advertisements contained in the website are not to be treated as an offer to contract. This contract is subject to all conditions set forth here in and together with the confirmation invoice represents the entire agreement of the parties. No firm booking or contract is made until payment is received and processed.
2. PAYMENT
The client acknowledges being a member of the travelling party and shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total invoice prior to issue of the confirmation invoice. The balance of the contract price is due a minimum of 60 days prior to the travel date. If booking is made within 60 days of travel date the entire price is due at time of booking.

If the deposit, the full contract price, or any proportion thereof is not paid within the above times, RentCyprusRent shall treat the contract as terminated and as a cancellation charge retain all deposits paid by the client. If payment is by credit card only the client’s credit card can be used for all payments. Final payments are confirmed subject to receipt by RentCyprusRent.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Client’s are strongly advised to protect there investments by purchasing travel insurance from an insurance company. RentCyprusRent does not cover client losses due to personal or family circumstances or those which would be covered by travel insurance.
4. DOCUMENTATION
Client agrees that all communications by RentCyprusRent will only be made to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to inform all members of the client’s party. Clients will receive all paperwork including address, directions, contact names and telephone numbers 14 days prior to departure providing full payment has been received and processed by RentCyprusRent.
5. CLIENT CANCELLATION CHARGES
All cancellations are subject to penalties based on the length of time RentCyprusRent receives written notice requesting a cancellation of the contract. The cancellation charges are as follows:
  •  60 or more days prior to travel date: 30%
  • 39 to 51 days prior to travel: 50%
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel: 80%
  • Less than 14 days prior to travel: 100%
6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OR RentCyprusRent
This contract may be changed or cancelled at any time in any case where it is necessary to do so such as a result of force majeure or any other circumstances outside the control of RentCyprusRent. RentCyprusRent will assist the client in making a new booking. A client is responsible for any rental cost increase due to a new booking.

In the unlikely event of a new booking not being able to be made a full refund will be issued. RentCyprusRent shall not be responsible for any other direct or incidental losses incurred by client.

7. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit of CY£200 is payable upon booking. This security deposit will not be charged to client’s credit card as long as the following conditions are adhered to. The client is responsible to maintain and leave the property in the same condition of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival. Any loss or damage to the property including fixtures and fittings will be deducted from the security deposit. The client is further responsible for any damages exceeding the security deposit.
8. INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT PRICE
Unless otherwise stated in the individual property information by RentCyprusRent the normal use of electricity, water and cooking gas as well as basic dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils and 1 set of linen per bed and 1 set of towels per person, per week are provided.
9. NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT PRICE
Travel arrangements, insurance and transportation are not included in the price. Consumables of any kind such as cleaning supplies, toiletries, toilet paper and food are not included in the price.
10. PAYABLE LOCALLY AT EXTRA COST
Unless otherwise stated in the individual property information provided by RentCyprusRent the following are payable by cash at time of arrival; air-conditioning, telephone line (where available), cleaning services, and extra linens.
11. PARTY SIZE
Including the client the number of guests at the property cannot exceed the total party size specified in the confirmation invoice. Failure to comply may result in additional guests being turned away and/or the entire party may be subject to eviction at their own expense.
12. ANIMALS
Under no circumstances are animals allowed at any properties.
13. BEHAVIOUR
All guests must act responsibly and with respect towards other guests, key holders and their staff at all times. RentCyprusRent reserve the discretionary right, acting in good faith, to ask any individual to vacate the premises for disruptive behaviour, without refund.
14. SWIMMING POOLS
All clients and guests are asked to avail themselves of the swimming pool and pool area at their own risk. Lifeguards and pool towels are not provided.
15. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES
Clients must arrive at the property no earlier than 4pm on the date specified on the confirmation invoice and must vacate the premises by 10am on the date specified on the confirmation invoice.
16. COMPLAINTS
Although every effort is made to maintain properties in good order, wear and tear is inevitable. Any damaged furnishings, appliances or fixtures may be replaced. Plumbing installations, including pools, electrical and heating appliances may occasionally need repair. Upon arrival it is the client’s responsibility to inspect the property and report any concerns to a member of RentCyprusRent. Clients must allow sufficient time to resolve the situation. Failure to report a problem or condition during a rental period constitutes clients acceptance of the circumstances and negates any claim thereafter. Complaints made after the rental period will not be considered. In the unlikely event that a problem or condition cannot be rectified clients shall accept a refund not in excess of the unused portion of the rental. Clients failing to accept the good faith remedies offered by RentCyprusRent or vacating a property without authorisation form RentCyprusRent during the rental period waver any claim thereafter. RentCyprusRent will not be responsible for any noise or disturbances caused by third parties outside of the property.
17. LIABILITY
RentCyprusRent, its representatives will not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage however caused. Clients shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard persons, possessions and property.
18. ACCEPTANCE
The client making the booking and all members of the travelling party agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of this contract.
Privacy Policy
RentCyprusRent will only collect personal information when volunteered.

RentCyprusRent does not share any information with any third parties. It is unavoidable but during the booking process, certain personal information like addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are required.

Additional information may be collected through an optional e-mail subscription.
